Dropped off a little early and picked up the next day so my kids had more time to play. My daughter had an awesome birthday party! Super easy to work with and customer service was great! Would definitely rent from them again!

We rented the Block Party Waterslide for a joint birthday party this weekend and it was a blast! I was able to book the slide online without having to call and speak to anyone. I paid at the time of booking. I was able to communicate with chocos through text messages to confirm drop off the day prior. When the slide arrived the employees were kind, quick, they got it set up in 10 minutes and made sure everything was working and ready to go. They gave me instruction's on operating the slide and when to turn the water down. My kids and their friends had a great time. We will be renting from chocos again! Highly recommend!

This company/owners are absolutely amazing. The communication from start to finish was awesome. They also moved the bounce house a few times before placing the stakes as we have a weird backyard. I would HIGHLY recommend Choco’s rentals for any of your bounce house or party needs. I know I’ll be renting from them in the future. Great job!

We had a great party thanks to Choco’s! We rented one of their water slides. They touched base 24hrs before drop off to confirm time. At drop off they had our agreement ready to sign and had the water slide set up quickly. Very happy with their service and thankful they were able to deliver to us just south of Madison, WI.

We used Choco’s Rentals for the first time for my son’s birthday party. We rented a bounce house and two tables/chairs from 12-8. They arrived by 11:30 with quick set up and asked if they could come back the next day to pick it up which was great. They were super nice, great communication, and AWESOME product. I recommended them to everyone who attended the party!

We just had a huge party celebrating my son’s cancer remission. His only request was a bounce house with a slide. He picked the Toy Story slide. We also rented tables and chairs from them. Wonderful experience. They dropped everything off early and got the bouncy house all set up. Picked everything up the next day. Tables and chairs were like new and super clean and sturdy. I was impressed. Great customer service when I called to add more tables to my order and they called to make sure I still wanted everything because the forecast called for rain. Will use them again in the future. Highly recommend! 5/26/24

This was my very first time renting a bounce house from anyone and I can't say enough good things about this rental company! They showed up early and the setup was effortless. The bounce house was very clean and the price was unmatched. My daughter and her friends loved the Luxury Castle for her 4th birthday party! It was the perfect size for them. I would definitely rent from them again.

Last minute we called around frantically looking for a party equipment for our work event. Chocos Rentals was so easy to deal with. We told them when we needed our equipment, what we needed to rent and they provided a great price. The event was a big hit!! See you next year.
