Delivery & Pickup Information – Tents, Tables, and Chairs

Delivery: Items are typically delivered 24 to 48 hours before your event. You will be notified in advance with the exact delivery window.

Pickup: Scheduled for the day after your event, unless other arrangements have been made.

Public Space Rentals – Same-Day Delivery & Pickup
For events held at public locations such as parks or community spaces, delivery and pickup will be scheduled for the same day due to access restrictions.
Our team will ensure a smooth setup and removal process FOR TENT ONLY to help your event run stress-free.
Tent Safety Notice
All tents must be securely anchored to the ground using stakes.
For safety and stability, Choco’s Rentals uses 24-inch stakes to secure all tent installations.
A utility locate request must be submitted before setup to prevent damage to underground lines.

Be sure to mark the installation area and send us the ticket number once submitted.
Alternative Option:
If stakes cannot be used (such as on concrete or restricted areas), you may request 55-gallon water barrels for anchoring.
Note: You must provide a nearby water source to fill the barrels at the time of setup.
Please contact us in advance if you’d prefer this option so we can plan accordingly.
