• Delivery: Items are typically delivered 24 to 48 hours before your event. You will be notified in advance with the exact delivery window.

• Pickup: Scheduled for the day after your event, unless other arrangements have been made.

• Public Space Rentals – Same-Day Delivery & Pickup

  For events held at public locations such as parks or community spaces, delivery and pickup will be scheduled for the same day due to access restrictions.

  • We will coordinate with you in advance to confirm the delivery and pickup times.
