Tent Delivery & Pickup Information

• Delivery: Tents are usually delivered 24 to 48 hours before your event.

• Pickup: Typically scheduled for the day after your event, unless arranged otherwise.

We’ll contact you in advance with the estimated delivery time. Please make sure the setup area is clear and accessible.

• Style: West Coast frame tent – no center poles for a completely open layout

• Material: Heavy-duty, waterproof vinyl top with a sturdy aluminum frame

• Setup Surface: Can be installed on grass, concrete, asphalt, or gravel

• Anchoring: Secured with stakes (or weights if staking is not possible)

Tent Installation Instructions

To ensure a safe and smooth setup of your tent rental, please follow these important steps:

1. Prepare the Setup Area

• Clear the area of furniture, toys, vehicles, or debris

• Ensure the ground is level and accessible for our delivery team

• Mark the desired location if you will not be present during delivery

2. Underground Utilities – IMPORTANT
If your tent will be set up on grass, we require that you:

• Submit a utility locate request at least 3 business days before your event

• Clearly mark the setup area with flags or paint

• Provide us with the locate ticket number

3. Anchoring

• Tents are secured using stakes driven into the ground

• On concrete or hard surfaces, we may use weights or water barrels (please notify us in advance)

4. Weather Precautions

• Our tents are weather-resistant but not stormproof

• In case of extreme wind or storms, evacuate the tent and seek shelter indoors
